CARE FACILITY. 7.1 The Operator shall when the health of the Resident so requires, provide the Resident at the Resident's expense with either temporary or permanent care in the Care Facility, provided that admission to the Care Facility will be subject to availability of beds and appropriate independent geriatric agency assessment of the Resident. 7.2 The Resident will be provided (subject to clause 7.1) with care and services of rest home and hospital care standard, as described in the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Xxx 0000 or such other statute or regulation as may be in force in its place.
