Common use of Care in Use of Materials Clause in Contracts

Care in Use of Materials. Recipient and Scientist acknowledge that the Materials are experimental in nature and may have unknown characteristics and therefore agrees to use prudence and reasonable care in the use, handling, storage, transportation and disposition and containment of the Materials and all derivatives thereof.
