Common use of Care of Apartment Clause in Contracts

Care of Apartment. The Resident agrees to immediately notify Housing personnel of any defects or dangerous conditions in and about the premises of which they have become aware and cooperate with the University in the care and maintenance of the buildings and grounds. Resident shall not make or attempt to make any repairs or alterations. Resident is not permitted to remove any furniture or furnishings from the residential unit or common areas. Resident shall not remove the window coverings or blinds provided by the University.
