Common use of Care of Subleased Premises Clause in Contracts

Care of Subleased Premises. Subtenant shall, at its expense, take good care of the Subleased Premises during the Term and the appurtenances therein and make all repairs thereto, as and when needed to preserve them in good order and condition, as required pursuant to the terms of the Prime Lease.
