Common use of Care of the Alliance Works Clause in Contracts

Care of the Alliance Works. (a) From the date of commencement of the Alliance Works until the Date of Completion, we will be responsible for the care of the Alliance Works.

Care of the Alliance Works. (a) From the date of commencement of the Alliance Works Commencement Date until the Date of Completion, we will be responsible for the care of the Alliance Works, the Construction Plant, the Temporary Works and any unfixed goods and materials (whether on or off Site) used or to be used in carrying out the Alliance Activities.
