Your Use of the Services. You agree to comply with U.S. or other applicable law regarding the transmission of any information obtained from the Services in accordance with this Agreement, not to use the Services for illegal purposes or in manner inconsistent with this Agreement, and not to interfere with or disrupt the networks connected to the Services. You agree to use the Services solely for your own noncommercial use and benefit, and not for resale or other transfer or disposition to, or use by or for the benefit of, anyone else. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You acquire no rights to the Services and/or materials we provide to you other than the limited right to utilize the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
Your Use of the Services. 4.1 You can use Boss Revolution Service either on a pay-as-you-go basis or by purchasing one of our unlimited plans.

You must use the Broadband Services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations which may apply to your use of the Broadband Services.
4.3 You must ensure that any computers, systems or networks that utilise the Broadband Services are configured in such a way that does not give a third party the capability to use the Broadband Services in an illegal or inappropriate manner. You should run a firewall and up to date anti-virus software, and ensure that your operating system is kept fully up to date with the latest security patches.
4.4 You must not use the Broadband Services in any way that would, in our reasonable opinion, materially affect the use of or access to the Internet of any other person. This includes, but is not limited to, “denial of service” (DoS) and “distributed denial of service” (DDoS) attacks against another network or individual user. DoS attacks will result in immediate termination of the Broadband Service.
4.5 Any attempt, whether successful or not, to gain access to or retrieve data from any computer system without authorisation from its maintainer or owner will lead to immediate termination of the Broadband Service and possibly to prosecution. This applies to port scanning, vulnerability probes and intentional distribution of “Trojan horse” programs, viruses and worms, as well as making use of systems compromised by third parties.
4.6 Use of the Broadband Service to transmit any unsolicited commercial or unsolicited bulk email is expressly and strictly prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy for spam. Spamming will result in immediate termination of the Broadband Service.
4.7 Intentional distribution of software that attempts to and/or causes damage, harassment, or annoyance to persons, data, and/ or computer systems is prohibited. This will result in immediate termination of the Broadband Service.

Your Use of the Services. You agree not to assign, transfer or sublicense your rights as a registered user of the Services. You understand that only you may use your administrative user account and password, and that your subscription to the Services may not be shared with others. You agree to be financially responsible for all usage or activity of the Services subscribed by you. By subscribing to the Services, you represent that you are a United States citizen, entity or resident with a valid United States or United States territory mailing address. You agree that you may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Services except as authorized by United States law. In particular, without limitation, the Services may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U.S. embargoed countries or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person’s List or Entity List. Your Use of the Services. 1. If you are purchasing for multiple End Users on behalf of an Institution, you must ensure that all your End Users comply with the Agreement. You are responsible for preventing unauthorised use of the Services by your End Users.
2. If you believe that there has been any breach of security (such as the disclosure, theft or unauthorised use of any ID or other passwords) or other unauthorised use of the Services you must notify us immediately by getting in touch with the Customer Services team or such other contact as we may specify from time to time.
3. If we believe or have reasonable grounds to suspect that the Services are being used by you or your End Users in any way which is not permitted in the Agreement, we may suspend your and your End Users' use of the Services and block access from your ID (this will not affect any other legal rights which we may also have under the Agreement or otherwise) and we may choose to terminate your use with immediate effect. We will not refund your Fees in that case.
Your Use of the Services. We grant you a limited right to use our Services and Documentation only for business and professional purposes. Your Affiliates, third party agents, contractors or service providers may use the Services or Documentation as Users under your account, provided that you shall take full responsibility for such third parties’ compliance with this Agreement. Your Use of the Services. 6.1 The Services are provided only for use in the course of your business. You must use the Services only in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
6.2 You agree that you will not use the Services in a way which would:
6.2.1 breach or cause us to breach any applicable laws or regulations; or
6.2.2 compromise the security of our Network or Equipment or the Services by accessing, storing, distributing or transmitting any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware; or

6.3.4 in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence or promoting any illegal activity; and we reserve the right, without liability to you, to disable your access to any data or materials that breach the provisions of this clause.

6.4.1 transmit or cause to be transmitted unsolicited marketing or advertising materials contrary to applicable laws; or
6.4.2 access all or any part of the Services in order to build a product or service which competes with the Services; or
6.4.3 use the Services to provide services to third parties; or attempt to obtain, or assist third parties in obtaining, access to the Services, other than as provided under this clause 6; or
