Common use of Care of the Leased Premises Clause in Contracts

Care of the Leased Premises. Tenant shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste or damage to any portion of the Leased Premises or the Project, and at the termination of this Lease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Tenant shall deliver up the Leased Premises to Landlord in as good condition as existed on the date of possession by Tenant, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Upon such termination of this Lease, Landlord shall have the right to reenter and resume possession of the Leased Premises to the fullest extent permitted by law.
