CARE OF THE PROPERTY. a) You must take care of the property and keep it clean and well decorated. b) You may also have to pay for the cost of any repair if it results from damage or neglect from yourself, a member of the household, or visitors to your property. c) You must take reasonable precautions to prevent frost damage occurring to any pipes or other installations to the premises, provided the pipes or other installations are adequately insulated by the Council.
