Scope of the Project. Under this Agreement, the scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include:
(a) construction of the Project Highway on the Site set forth in Schedule- A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D;
(b) maintenance of the Project Highway in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with the requirements set forth in Schedule-E; and
(c) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement.
Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the "Scope of the Project") shall mean and include, during the Concession Period:
(a) designing, financing, construction and procurement of the Bus Terminal and Commercial Complex on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D;
(b) operation and maintenance of the Bus Terminal and Commercial Complex in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and
(c) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.
Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the "Scope of the Project") shall mean and include, during the Agreement Period:
a) Development, operation and management of Project Facilities in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Approved Project Implementation Plan submitted to the Authority;
b) Performance and fulfilment of all other obligations in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all obligations under this Agreement and
c) Transfer of Project Site along with the Project Facilities in good operational conditions on the Expiry Date or the Termination Date as the case may be in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

(a) construction of the Project on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities/Utilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D, with Contractor’s own Materials; and
(b) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement.
Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the "Scope of the Project") shall mean and include, during the term of this Agreement:
a) Designing, constructing, erecting, testing, commissioning and completing the [Solar PV ground mount Project] and supply of Contracted Capacity;
b) Operation and maintenance of the [Solar PV ground mount Project] in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and
c) Performance and fulfillment of all other obligations of the Solar Power Developer in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Solar Power Developer under this Agreement.

(a) to design, finance, and construct the Project on the Project Site set forth in Schedule A, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;
(b) to develop the Project as specified in Schedule B, in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule C;
