Care Partner Selection Criteria. The Hospital shall develop, maintain, and use written policies for selecting individuals and entities to be Care Partners. The policies must reflect the Care Partner Qualifications, if any, for the CRP Track and must contain criteria related to the quality of care delivered by the potential Care Partner (including PGP Members, if applicable) and must not be based directly on the volume or value of past or anticipated referrals or other business generated by, between, or among the Hospital, potential Care Partner, or any individual or entity affiliated with the Hospital or potential Care Partner (including a PGP Member in the case of a Care Partner that is a PGP).
