Common use of CAREER DEVELOPMENT FUNDS Clause in Contracts

CAREER DEVELOPMENT FUNDS. a) The University shall make an annual commitment of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) to be administered by the Joint Committee on Training and Development. At the conclusion of each fiscal year an accounting of expenditures will be provided to the Union. The unspent balance at the end of any fiscal year may be carried forward to the following year, provided the total funds unspent at any time do not exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00).
