Career Ladder Study. The “Joint Standing Committee” will complete a study of the career ladder positions as needed. The “Joint Standing Committee” will examine the appropriateness of the current levels, stipends, responsibilities, and District needs for teacher leadership. Any changes from the structure in this memo of understanding will be cost-neutral and will be submitted to the School Board and the Executive Council of Education Minnesota St. Xxxxxxx for their approval.
