Common use of Carequality Accountability Clause in Contracts

Carequality Accountability. Organization will not hold Carequality, or anyone acting on its behalf, including but not limited to members of the Steering Committee, Advisory Council, Dispute Resolution Panel or any work group, or subcommittee, of any of these or Carequality’s contractors, employees or agents liable for any damages, losses, liabilities or injuries arising from or related to these Carequality Connection Terms. This section shall not be construed as an indemnification provision.
