Cargo Handling Sample Clauses

The Cargo Handling clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for loading, stowing, securing, and unloading cargo during transportation. It typically outlines which party is responsible for each stage of cargo management, specifies standards for safe handling, and may address the use of equipment or personnel. By clearly allocating duties and setting expectations, this clause helps prevent damage, loss, or disputes related to cargo during transit.
