CARPETING/FLOORING. If the Apartment comes with carpeting, Xxxxxx agrees to have the carpet cleaned at least once a year at Xxxxxx's own expense (proof of cleaning receipt must be provided at lease renewal). If the apartment comes with hardwood floors, tenant agrees to cover, with padding and carpeting, 75% of all living space except for the kitchen and bathroom(s); subject to inspection. Under all rugs or carpets shall be padding (minimum 100 pounds).
