Carrols LLC. Carrols LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Carrols, shall be a Party to this Agreement with respect to any obligation of a CRG Party for reimbursement, indemnification and payment owed, accrued or required to be paid or reimbursed to a Fiesta Party pursuant to this Agreement.
