CartaX Subscriber Manual. In addition to the terms and conditions of this CartaX Supplement, Customer understands and agrees that Customer orders will be handled in accordance with the Brokerage Agreement and the CartaX Subscriber Manual, as provided by CCMX. Annex C Customer Authorization CUSTOMER TRANSFER AGENT AUTHORIZATION Customer, as defined in the Brokerage Agreement, agrees and acknowledges that CCMX must, as part of its brokerage services, provide certain equity securities transfer documents and instructions to the Issuer’s transfer agent, eShares, Inc. dba Carta, Inc. (“Carta”) in regard to the securities transactions effected on CartaX on behalf of Customer. Customer hereby provides CCMX with full authorization (“Authorization”) to provide any and all such instructions and/or documentation needed to Carta, in order for Carta to timely update Issuer’s equity securities records accordingly and for any other actions Carta is required to undertake as Issuer’s transfer agent. This Authorization will remain in effect until CCMX ceases providing brokerage services to Customer or until terminated by Customer in writing with a 60-day notice to CCMX. Customer further agrees that both CCMX and Carta may act upon the Authorization, and that any revocation or termination of this Authorization shall be ineffective as to CCMX and Carta unless and until actual notice or knowledge of such revocation or termination shall have been received by CCMX, and that the undersigned Customer, and for any heirs, executors, legal representatives and assigns, hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CCMX and Carta from and against any and all claims that may arise against CCMX and Carta by reason of CCMX and Carta having relied on this Authorization.

  • Mobile Subscriber Information You authorize your wireless carrier to disclose information about your account, such as subscriber status, payment method and device details, if available, to support identity verification, fraud avoidance and other uses in support of transactions for the duration of your business relationship with us. This information may also be shared with other companies to support your transactions with us and for identity verification and fraud avoidance purposes.

  • Subscriber Network The trunk and feeder signal distribution network over which video, audio, text and data signals are transmitted to Subscribers.

  • Software Subscription The Term of any Software Subscription shall automatically renew for an additional Subscription License Term unless written notice of termination is given to the other Party three (3) months prior to the expiration of the then-current Term.

  • User Subscriptions Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, (i) Services are purchased as User subscriptions and may be accessed by no more than the specified number of Users, (ii) additional User subscriptions may be added during the subscription term at the same pricing as that for the pre-existing subscriptions, prorated for the remainder of the subscription term in effect at the time the additional User subscriptions are added, and (iii) the added User subscriptions shall terminate on the same date as the pre-existing subscriptions. User subscriptions are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Services.

  • Purchase Orders and Purchasing Cards The parties agree that there is no minimum order requirements or charges to process an individual purchase order unless otherwise stated in the Contract. The Purchase Order number must appear on all documents (e.g., invoices, packing slips, etc.).

  • Subscriber Information Please print your individual or entity name and address. Joint subscribers should provide their respective names. Your name and address will be recorded exactly as printed below.

  • Software Subscription Lifecycle During the life cycle of Red Hat Software, the scope of Software Maintenance and Support evolves and, after a number of years, we discontinue Software Maintenance and Support for older versions of Software. The details of the Software Maintenance and Production Support life cycle are set forth at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/support/policy/update_policies.html. If available, you may purchase Extended Update Support and/or Extended Life Cycle Support, as described in Exhibit 1.G, to extend your Subscription Services for certain versions of Software.

  • Court Ordered Requests for Call Detail Records and Other Subscriber Information 7.1 To the extent technically feasible, BellSouth maintains call detail records for Mpower end users for limited time periods and can respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests for this information. BellSouth shall maintain such information for Mpower end users for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own end users.
