Brokerage Agreement. The Brokerage Agreement between Client and Betterment Securities, which Client agrees to enter into and abide by as a condition of participating in the Program, as it may be amended from time to time. Business Day. Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. stock exchange holidays. Although Betterment Securities may conduct business on U.S. stock exchange holidays, bank holidays are not considered Business Days for purposes relating to ACH transactions.

Brokerage Agreement.
