  • Release of Goods 1. Each Party shall adopt or maintain simplified customs procedures for the efficient release of goods in order to facilitate trade between the Parties.

  • PURCHASE OF GOODS To the extent that the Contract involves any purchase of the Goods, whether in whole or in part, and unless specifically stated otherwise in the Contract, the following conditions shall apply to such purchases under the Contract:

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA.

  • Sale of Goods The Hirer shall, if selling goods on the premises, comply with Fair Trading Laws and any code of practice used in connection with such sales. In particular, the Hirer shall ensure that the total prices of all goods and services are prominently displayed, as shall be the organiser’s name and address and that any discounts offered are based only on Manufacturers’ Recommended Retail Prices.

  • Classification of Goods The classification of goods in trade between the Parties shall be in conformity with the Harmonized System.

  • Procurement of Goods Part A: General Goods shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Section I of the “Guidelines for Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in January 1995 and revised in January and August 1996, September 1997 and January 1999 (the Guidelines) and the following provisions of Section I of this Schedule.   • ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS Under no circumstances shall UNDP be required to accept any Goods that do not conform to the specifications or requirements of the Contract. UNDP may condition its acceptance of the Goods upon the successful completion of acceptance tests as may be specified in the Contract or otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties. In no case shall UNDP be obligated to accept any Goods unless and until UNDP has had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Goods following delivery. If the Contract specifies that UNDP shall provide a written acceptance of the Goods, the Goods shall not be deemed accepted unless and until UNDP in fact provides such written acceptance. In no case shall payment by UNDP in and of itself constitute acceptance of the Goods.

  • Identification of Goods Identification of the goods shall not be deemed to have been made until both Buyer and Seller have agreed that the goods in question are to be appropriate to the performance of this Agreement.

  • RETURN OF GOODS BUYER is entitled to return any GOODS that are not in full compliance with this AGREEMENT. SELLER will reimburse BUYER the PRICE of such GOODS plus all reasonable costs and expenses associated with such return.
