Common use of Cash Account Purpose and Use Clause in Contracts

Cash Account Purpose and Use. The Client agrees that it shall use any Cash Account only for deposits and funds transfers in connection with the Securities received, held or delivered for the Client by the Custodian or otherwise in connection with services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement.

The Client agrees that it shall use any the Cash Account Accounts only (i) for deposits and funds transfers in connection with the Securities received, held or delivered for the Client by the Custodian Custodian, (ii) for the purpose of any transfers or deposits of funds received or to be received by the Issuer from the Swap Counterparty pursuant to the Credit Support Annex or (iii) otherwise in connection with services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement.
