Common use of Cash Awards Clause in Contracts

Cash Awards. The Committee is authorized to grant Cash Awards, on a free-standing basis or as an element of, a supplement to, or in lieu of any other Award under the Plan to Eligible Persons in such amounts and subject to such other terms as the Committee in its discretion determines to be appropriate.

Cash Awards. The Committee is authorized may grant to grant Eligible Individuals Awards that are denominated and payable in cash (“Cash Awards, on a free-standing basis or as an element of, a supplement to, or in lieu of any other Award under the Plan to Eligible Persons ”) in such amounts and subject to such other terms and conditions consistent with the terms of this Plan as the Committee in its discretion determines to be appropriateshall determine.
