Common use of Cash Basis and Budget Laws Clause in Contracts

Cash Basis and Budget Laws. The right of the City to enter into this Agreement is subject to the provisions of the Cash Basis Law (K.S.A. 10-1112 and 10-1113), the Budget Law (K.S.A. 79-2935), and all other laws of the State of Kansas.
