Common use of Cash Basis and Budget Laws Clause in Contracts

Cash Basis and Budget Laws. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to violate the provisions of the Kansas Cash Basis Law (K.S.A. 10-1100 et seq.) and the Kansas Budget Law (K.S.A. 7925 et seq.) and at all times should be construed and interpreted so as to ensure that the City is at all times in compliance with such laws.
