Cash Dividends on Issued Shares. The Recipient will be entitled to receive any cash dividends declared on the Common Stock underlying the RSUs after the RSUs have vested and the Common Stock has been issued to the Recipient. Cash dividends payable on Common Stock that has been deferred under the Deferred Compensation Plan shall be credited as earnings on and paid to the Recipient’s Deferred Compensation Plan account.
