Each Obligor represents and warrants to the Lender on any date it delivers a Cash Flow Report that each such Cash Flow Report was prepared by the Borrower’s management and represents the good faith belief as to the probable course of the Obligors’ business and financial affairs over the periods shown therein, subject to the assumptions stated therein.
