Common use of Cash Management Services Sublimit Clause in Contracts

Cash Management Services Sublimit. Borrower may use up to the amount of the Cash Management Services Sublimit for Bank’s cash management services which may include merchant services, direct deposit of payroll, business credit cards, and check cashing services identified in Bank’s various cash management services agreements (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”). Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.

Cash Management Services Sublimit. Borrower may use an amount up to the amount of the Cash Management Services Sublimit for Bank’s cash management services which may include merchant services, FX Contracts, direct deposit of payroll, business credit cardscard, and check cashing services identified in Bank’s various cash management services agreements (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”). Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid used by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and Line, will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances, and will reduce the amount otherwise available for Credit Extensions thereunder.

Borrower may use up to the amount of the Cash Management Services Sublimit Availability Amount for Bank’s cash management services which may include merchant services, direct deposit of payroll, business credit cardscard, and check cashing services identified in Bank’s various cash management services agreements (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”)) to the extent obligations are owing to Bank for such Cash Management Services. Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.

Borrower Borrowers may use up to the amount of Availability Amount (the “Cash Management Services Sublimit Sublimit”) for Bank’s cash management services which may include merchant services, direct deposit of payroll, business credit cardscard, and check cashing services identified in Bank’s various cash management services agreements (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”). Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower Borrowers or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower Borrowers for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.

Such services which may include merchant services, direct deposit of payroll, business credit cardscard, clearing house services, control disbursement accounts and check cashing services identified in Bank’s various cash management services agreements related to such services (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”). Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances.

Borrower may use up to the amount of the Cash Management Services Sublimit for Bank’s cash management services services, which may include merchant services, direct deposit of payroll, business credit cardscard, and check cashing services identified in Bank’s various cash management services agreements related to such services (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”)) in an amount up to the Committed Revolving Line. Any amounts Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or and any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Committed Revolving Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to AdvancesLine.
