Cash Pooling Arrangement. KMI, CGSC and Southern Gulf will terminate the Cash Pooling Arrangement between El Paso and each of CGSC and Southern Gulf effective upon the Closing Date, and will concurrently settle amounts owed to or by CGSC and Southern Gulf under the Cash Pooling Arrangement.
Cash Pooling Arrangement. (a) El Paso will settle amounts owed to or by Cheyenne Plains Investment under the Cash Pooling Arrangement prior to Closing.
