Cash Pooling Arrangements definition

Cash Pooling Arrangements means a deposit account arrangement among a single depository institution, CDW and one or more Foreign Subsidiaries involving the pooling of cash deposits in and overdrafts in respect of one or more deposit accounts (each located outside of the United States and any States and territories thereof) with such institution by CDW and such Foreign Subsidiaries for cash management purposes.
Cash Pooling Arrangements means (i) the DB Cash Pooling Arrangement and the Novelis AG Cash Pooling Agreement and (ii) any other cash pooling arrangements (including all documentation pertaining thereto) entered into by any Company in accordance with Section 6.07.
Cash Pooling Arrangements means cash pooling arrangements maintained by the Foreign Subsidiaries of the Company in the ordinary course of business in order to manage currency fluctuations and overdrafts among deposit accounts of such Subsidiaries.
