Common use of CASHING CHECKS Clause in Contracts

CASHING CHECKS. You agree that we may impose conditions on persons who request us to cash a check drawn on your account (for example, by requiring payment of a fee, the presentation of appropriate identification, and/or placement of a fingerprint on the check); we may also refuse to cash the item. You agree that we may dishonor the check if these conditions are not satisfied.
