Cast Changes, Omission or Errors Clause Samples

The "Cast Changes, Omission or Errors" clause defines how a production may handle situations where cast members are changed, omitted, or where errors occur in casting. Typically, this clause allows the producer or organizer to make necessary adjustments to the cast list due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, scheduling conflicts, or administrative mistakes. It may also clarify that such changes do not constitute a breach of contract or grounds for cancellation. The core function of this clause is to provide flexibility in managing the cast while protecting the production from liability or disruption caused by unavoidable changes or errors.
