Casualties or Taking of Property. Except as disclosed on Schedule 4.20, since the later of (a) January 4, 2011, or (b) the date of the most recent Financial Statements furnished to the Lender pursuant to either Section 5.2 or Section 5.3, neither its business nor any of its Property has been affected as a result of any fire, explosion, earthquake, flood, drought, windstorm, accident, strike or other labor disturbance, embargo, requisition or taking of Property, or cancellation of contracts, permits or concessions by any Governmental Authority, riot, activities of armed forces or acts of God, except as could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
