Common use of Casualty and Condemnation Subaccount Clause in Contracts

Casualty and Condemnation Subaccount. Borrower shall pay, or cause to be paid, to Lender all Insurance Proceeds or Awards due to any Casualty or Condemnation in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.2 and Section 5.3, which amounts shall be transferred into a Subaccount established at the Cash Management Bank to hold such funds (the “Casualty and Condemnation Subaccount”). Amounts deposited from time to time into the Casualty and Condemnation Subaccount pursuant to this Section 6.4 are referred to herein as the “Casualty and Condemnation Funds”. All Casualty and Condemnation Funds shall be held, disbursed and/or applied in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.3 or Section 5.4, as applicable.
