Substitutions. Whenever a Holder has the right to substitute Treasury Securities or Notes underlying Applicable Ownership Interests in Notes, as the case may be, or security entitlements for any of them, for financial assets held in the Collateral Account, such substitution shall not constitute a novation of the security interest created hereby.

If particular persons or classifications are identified in Exhibit A as working on this Agreement, Consultant will not assign others to work in their place without the prior written consent of the C/CAG Executive Director. (a) Whenever equipment, components, materials, supplies, tools, and other items are specified or otherwise described in this Project Agreement by using the name or catalogue or model number of a particular manufacturer, fabricator, vendor or distributor, or any other material name or description, the naming or identification of the item is intended to establish the type and the minimum function and quality required, and equipment, components, materials, supplies, tools, and other items of other manufacturers, fabricators, vendors or distributors shall not be substituted without the prior written consent of Contracting Authority, in its sole discretion.
