CATALOGUE. LOT ONE, LOT TWO AND LOT THREE 2.1. The Government catalogue provides the list of Services which may be required by Contracting Bodies across the Term. 2.1.1. Lot one Services are listed in both Framework Agreement Schedule 1 (Services) Sub-Schedule 1(a) (Service specification for the provision of Temporary work- seekers) and Sub-Schedule 1(b) (Service specification for the provision of Work- seekers); and 2.1.2. Lot two Services are listed in this Framework Agreement Schedule 1 (Services) Sub- Schedule 1(a) (Service specification for the provision of Temporary work-seekers) only; and 2.1.3. Lot three Services are listed in this Framework Agreement Schedule 1 (Services) Sub-Schedule 1(b) (Service specification for the provision of Work-seekers) only. 2.2. The Supplier shall offer the catalogue in an electronic on-line format (P2P or equivalent, Customer Intranet site, and the Suppliers’ web-site via the internet). The Supplier shall maintain and keep updated a printed version of the catalogue at all times, a copy of which the Authority or Contracting Bodies may request. 2.3. The structure of the catalogue shall comprise of a number of menu and content pages which set out all relevant details of the Services offered within Lot one and/or Lot two and/or Lot three and shall be published in a website format which is supported by all major web- site browsing software (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome). 2.4. The following information, as a minimum, shall be included in the catalogue: 2.4.1. A generic index covering all Services items; 2.4.2. The telephone, e-mail and fax numbers of the Supplier support help desk; 2.5. The Supplier shall be responsible for the provision and support of the necessary infrastructure required to implement the on-line solution for the Authority and Contracting Body and for any associated running costs throughout the Term. 2.6. The Authority and Supplier will agree at the Contract Review Meeting(s), as described in Framework Agreement Schedule 14 (Framework Management), the inclusion of any additional Services the Supplier has identified.
