CATEGORISATION. 3.1 Under MiFID II we are required to categorise our clients in order to determine the correct level of investor protection and transparency. It is our policy to treat all of our clients as retail clients in relation to the MiFID services that we provide unless retail clients upon request opt to be categorised as “professional clients”. Retail clients for whom we provide services in relation to Forex, CFDs, Options and Spread Betting will be afforded the highest level of protection available under MiFID.
