Common use of Caterer Trademarks Clause in Contracts

Caterer Trademarks. University acknowledges and agrees that University has not, by reason of this Agreement or otherwise, acquired any right, title, interest or claim of ownership to Caterer’s trademarks. University shall use Caterer’s trademarks in advertising only as mutually agreed by Caterer.
