Catering Credits Clause Samples

The Catering Credits clause defines the terms under which a party is provided with credits to be used for catering services. Typically, this clause outlines the amount of credits available, how and when they can be redeemed, and any restrictions on their use, such as expiration dates or eligible vendors. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties understand the value and limitations of the catering benefit, preventing disputes over usage and clarifying the scope of the provided service.
