Common use of Cause and Voluntary Termination Clause in Contracts

Cause and Voluntary Termination. If Employee’s employment is terminated by the Company in a Termination for Cause or voluntarily by Employee (other than in a Termination for Good Reason or at or after Normal Retirement Date), Parent or Employer shall pay Employee (1) The Earned Salary, as soon as practicable (but not more than 10 days) following Employee’s Date of Termination; and (2) The Accrued Obligations, in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of any applicable plan, program, policy or practice.
