Cause and Voluntary Termination. If, during the Retention Period, the Executive's employment shall be terminated for Cause or voluntarily terminated by the Executive (other than on account of Good Reason), the Executive shall receive all Accrued Obligations other than the Pro-rated Bonus Obligation.
