Cause and Voluntary Termination. During the term of this Agreement, if Employee’s employment is terminated by the Company in a Termination for Cause or voluntarily by Employee (other than in a Termination for Good Reason), the Company shall pay Employee: (1) The Earned Salary as soon as practicable, but in no event more than 30 days, following Employee’s Date of Termination; and (2) The Accrued Obligations in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan, program, policy or arrangement.
