Common use of Cause of Action Clause in Contracts

Cause of Action. If Client makes a claim against BVNA, for any alleged error, omission, or other act arising out of the performance of its professional services and to the extent the Client fails to prove such claim, then the Client shall pay all costs including attorney’s fees incurred by BVNA in defending the claim. Any cause of action brought against BVNA shall be brought within one (1) year of the work or services performed under this Agreement.
