Cause of Action. Claims under this Policy shall be payable if the cause of action arises anywhere in the world. For the below mentioned covers, the cause of action shall be restricted to India: ⚫ Modification Allowance ⚫ Out-patient Treatment Cover ⚫ Accidental Hospital Daily Cash Benefit ⚫ Convalescence Benefit ⚫ Accidental Hospitalization ⚫ Domestic travel for Medical treatment All Claims shall be payable in India and shall be in Indian Rupees only.
