Common use of Cause or Voluntary Termination without Good Reason Clause in Contracts

Cause or Voluntary Termination without Good Reason. Regardless of whether or not a Change in Control has occurred, if Executive’s employment is terminated for Cause, or if Executive voluntarily terminates employment without Good Reason, this Agreement will terminate without further obligations to Executive, other than for payment of Accrued Obligations within 30 days after the Date of Termination (with Executive not having any right to designate the taxable year of the payment) and the timely payment or provision of Other Benefits pursuant to the plans, policies, practices and programs under which such Other Benefits are provided.
