Caveats. ‌ 29.1 The Developer acknowledges and agrees that the Town shall be at liberty, pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended, upon the execution of this Agreement, to file at the Land Titles Office for the South Alberta Land Registration District a caveat against the Development Area for the purposes of protecting the Town's interests and rights pursuant to this Agreement.
