Cayman Counsel Opinion. An opinion of Xxxxxxx (Cayman) Ltd., Cayman Islands counsel to the Issuer, dated the Closing Date, substantially in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto.
Cayman Counsel Opinion. An opinion of Xxxxxxx (Cayman) Ltd., Cayman Islands counsel to the Issuer, dated the date hereof, in form and substance satisfactory to the Trustee and UBS AG.
Cayman Counsel Opinion. An opinion of Xxxxxxx (Cayman) Ltd., Cayman Islands counsel to the Issuer, or other counsel acceptable to the Trustee, dated the Additional Notes Closing Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Issuer.
