Cayman Counsel Opinion. An opinion of Xxxxxxx (Cayman) Ltd., Cayman Islands counsel to the Issuer, dated the Closing Date, substantially in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto.
Cayman Counsel Opinion. An opinion of Xxxxxxx (Cayman) Ltd., Cayman Islands counsel to the Issuer, dated the date hereof, in form and substance satisfactory to the Trustee and UBS AG.
Cayman Counsel Opinion. An opinion of Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx, Cayman Islands counsel to the Issuer, dated the Signing Date, and in form and substance satisfactory to the Valuation Agent.
