Common use of CCPA Clause in Contracts

CCPA. To the extent Dynatrace receives personal information on Customer’s behalf that is subject to the CCPA, Dynatrace: (a) certifies that it understands and will comply with its obligations as a service provider under the CCPA, and

To the extent Dynatrace receives personal information on Customer’s behalf that is subject to the CCPA, Dynatrace: Dynatrace (ai) certifies that it understands and will comply with its obligations as a service provider under the CCPA, andand (ii) will not (a) sell such personal information or (b) retain, use, or disclose such personal information other than for the specific business purpose of performing the services for Customer as contemplated under the Agreement or as otherwise permitted by the CCPA. The terms used in this Section 24.3 have the meanings given under the CCPA.
