Common use of CDA Documents Clause in Contracts

CDA Documents. The following documents (together, the “CDA Documents”), each of which is an essential part of the agreement between the Parties, are intended to be complementary and to be read together as a complete agreement: (a) this Agreement, including all exhibits and attachments and the executed originals of exhibits that are contracts; (b) the Technical Provisions; (c) any amendments to the foregoing; and (d) any Change Orders.
