Ceasing Services upon Termination. If, at any time in the progress of performing Services under this Agreement, District determines that CM’s Services should be terminated, CM, upon District’s written notice of such termination, shall immediately cease providing Services, except to transfer files as directed by District. District shall pay CM only the fee associated with the Services provided and approved by District since the last paid invoice and up to the notice of termination.
