Ceiling Height. The ceiling height of every habitable room shall be at least seven feet (7'). In any habitable room where the ceiling is a part of a sloping roof, at least one-half (1/2) of the floor area shall have a ceiling height of at least seven feet (7'). "Floor area", as used in this subsection, means the area of the floor where the vertical measurement from floor to ceiling is five feet (5') or more. Obstruction of space by such items as water and gas pipes, cabinetry, etc., shall be permitted when such obstructions are located within two feet (2') of a partition or wall, do not interfere with an emergency ingress and egress, and are approved by the building official. Obstruction of a ceiling space shall be permitted when such obstruction is located at a height of not less than six feet four inches (6'4") from the floor and which does not occupy more than twenty five percent (25%) of the cubic area of the space within a room which is further than six feet four inches (6'4") from the floor.
Ceiling Height. Minimum ceiling heights on 1st floor will be twelve feet (12’0”) with additional floor-to-floor clearance on 1st floor for main entrance lobby ceiling height to be fifteen feet (15’0”). All upper floors shall be ten feet (10’0”).
Ceiling Height. The finished ceiling height outside the building core areas will be eight feet, six inches (8’-6”) clear minimum. Ground Floor should be 9’-6” clear minimum for archival storage and space/gym. The Base Building includes the Building’s fitness center and locker rooms. The fitness center shall be a minimum of 4,000 sf, shall include locker room and showers, all costs for the space and equipment shall be provided by Landlord. Landlord shall manage and service the fitness center and locker rooms as a part of its janitorial and property management contract. The Base Building will also include Janitorial Closets, at Landlord’s expense, on each floor, each Janitorial Closet shall be finished and painted. One (1) level of underground parking is provided, with finished elevator lobbies. Elevator design provides access from the garage level to the building’s lobby level, requiring transfer to elevators serving the office levels that enhances office area security. Parking areas to provide for light levels that provide a safe and well-lit atmosphere. Security intercoms to be provided in locations readily accessible to users. Ceiling Height. Space clear of all pipes, ductwork, etc. for nominal, minimum ceiling height of 9'6" AFF (above finished concrete floor), and capable of accommodating a standard lighting fixture at most locations.

  • FLOORING All Bed Rooms, Dinning-cum-Living, and would be finished with Ivory Vitrified tiles (24'' X 24'') flooring and 4'' skirting. Bath-room, Kitchen & Balcony would be finished with Ivory Ceramic tiles (12'' X 12'') flooring. The walls of the Toilets/Bathrooms would finish with white glazed tiles in 60'' height. Roof would be finished with roof tiles.

  • Interior The insurance covers personal property normally contained in the vehicle and belonging to the owner of the vehicle or a member of his or her household. The insurance covers loss of, and damage to, the property if the damage occurs in connection with: - a compensable fire, theft, or vehicle damage - a sudden and unforeseen external event - theft by the renter - damage in connection with a traffic accident. The insurance does not apply to: - theft-prone property - cash and valuables - property belonging to the renter. - Personal movables must be kept locked in the vehicle.
