Window Coverings. No curtains, draperies, blinds, shutters, shades, awnings, screens or other coverings, window ventilators, hangings, decorations or similar equipment shall be attached to, hung or placed in, or used in or with any window of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord, and Landlord shall have the right to control all lighting within the Premises that may be visible from the exterior of the Building.

Window Coverings. Window coverings have been provided. Tenant agrees not to install anything between the existing window coverings and window that can be seen from the exterior, such as stickers, decals, foil, or cardboard. Tenant further agrees that all window coverings are clean and in good condition and that it is the Tenant’s responsibility to clean all window coverings throughout the tenancy to include repairs on a regular basis and/or as needed. Upon termination of this tenancy, Tenant agrees and authorizes Landlord to have all draperies and window coverings professionally cleaned at Tenant’s expense.
Window Coverings. Without the prior written consent of the Landlord, the Tenant shall not install any blinds, drapes, curtains or any other window coverings in the Leased Premises and shall not remove, add to or change the blinds, drapes, curtains or other window coverings installed by the Landlord from time to time. The Tenant shall keep all window coverings open or closed at various times as the Landlord may from time to time direct by the rules and regulations or otherwise.
Window Coverings. All window coverings for the Leased Premises shall be those approved by Landlord. Tenant shall not place or maintain any window coverings, blinds, curtains or drapes other than those approved by Landlord on any exterior window without Landlord’s prior written approval, which Landlord shall have the right to grant or withhold in its absolute and sole discretion.
Window Coverings. Lessor may (but shall not be obligated to) furnish and install window coverings on all exterior windows to maintain a uniform exterior appearance. Lessee shall not remove or replace these window coverings or install any other window covering which would affect the exterior appearance of the Building. Lessee may install lined or unlined draperies on the interior sides of the Lessor furnished window coverings for interior appearance or to reduce light transmission, provided such over draperies do not (in Lessor's determination) affect the exterior appearance of the Building or affect the operation of the Building's heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems.
Window Coverings. Windows facing the Building exterior shall at all times be wholly clear and uncovered (except for such blinds or curtains or other window coverings Lessor may provide or approve) so that a full unobstructed view of the interior of the Premises may be had from outside the Building.
Window Coverings. If window coverings have been provided, you must use them and understand they are part of the Landlord Personal Property. If no window coverings are supplied, any window treatments you install must appear white to the outside. Do not use sheets, blankets, foil, etc., in place of draperies or blinds. Do not place objects on a window sill which are visible from the outside.

Window Coverings. Owner/Owner’s Broker shall provide window coverings on most windows. Tenant may hang draperies or drapery hardware on any sheet rocked/painted walls. Only tension-type rods are to be used on any windows or walls where wallpaper or wood trim exists, and no aluminum foil or sun screening film is permitted.
Window Coverings. Tenant shall not place any coverings on the windows without first obtaining Landlord's written consent. The acceptability of any such covering shall be at Landlord's sole discretion.
