Ceiling Rose. Ceiling roses shall have terminals for live, neutral and earth 1.5mm cables. Ceiling roses shall be suitable for mounting over standard recessed mounted, plastic, round boxes. They are to comply with the provisions of BS 67.

Ceiling Rose. Ceiling rose shall be of the type and size as indicated in schedule “A” but not less than 63.5 mm outer dia and it shall be provided with means for gripping flexible cord which shall not damage the insulation, sheath of the cord and shall be such that the load on the cord is not transmitted to the terminals. Only one flexible cord shall be attached to ceiling rose. A ceiling rose shall not be used in the circuit where voltage is more than 250 Volt and it shall bear IS marking conforming to IS-371.
